12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LD Empower shall not be liable for:

  • Lost profits

  • Lost revenue

  • Lost opportunities

  • Business interruption

  • Reputational damage

arising from:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client to LD Empower for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the preceding twelve (12) months.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LD Empower, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:
